Job Description
We are now recruiting for a Translation Account Manager to join our team to help with our continual expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all customer correspondences, quotation demands, deliveries of translation and revenue control.
- Responsible for building up administration contracts or renewing contract with new and intermittent customers.
- Makes and sends Work Orders and Invoices. The Translation Account Manager is additionally responsible for collection of payments.
- Able to comprehend the organisation’s abilities and services and to viably convey them to the clients.
- Responsible to convey between the customer and the office team so as to give solid group portrayal and set client expectation.
- Ensures that all customer issues are managed in an effective way, advising the Project Manager or Sales Director of any issues that may emerge.
- Capable of keeping up and extending associations with existing customers, which is estimated in total income and/or amount of projects.
- Close work with the Project Manager to keep the client updated on the translation project status.
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years’ involvement with Translation industry with experience of supporting large accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to convey verbal and non-verbal business discussions in languages other than English.
- Reputation of reliably accomplishing and surpassing income targets both independently and in a team.
- Recognition with translation solutions and administrations including web technologies, databases etc.
- Proficient with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
